The womens development course on Saturday (run by 1BIKE1) was a success and it has inspired a number of women to come together for a ride. They have agreed that the first women only ride of the year will be at Llyn Brennig on Saturday March 7th, hopefully it will be a success.

Again a fantastic day with over 25 children enjoying a day of coaching on the Llwybr Haearn and a ride in the forest. It is great to see so many parents and club members turning up to give a hand, its a big help to the club coaches, and it adds to the great atmosphere on the day. If you enjoyed the day please let your friends know and come in your masses again, Saturday 14 March. The Llanrwst boys asked about a Time Trial, this will happen on the trail in April, so plenty of time for you children to train!

Saturday 17th January 2009 saw the clubs first session for children and young people on the Llwybr Haearn at Nant BH. It was a huge success with 22 children taking part in coaching sessions on the skills track and then heading out into the forest and tackling parts of the Marin trail. In total around 40 people turned up to help coach, make a cup of tea, take part or simply go for a ride, as usual there was a great atmosphere with everyone going home with big smiles. The club would like to thank all for turning up, especially those who travelled a bit further than usual. We would also like to thank Steve Beech for encouraging his group from Llandegla to come along, we hope to see you again. Also thanks to Mike Tong for organising the day.
